That’s why Doggy Dayspa’s Puppy Intro service is designed to gently introduce your little one to the sights, sounds, and sensations of grooming in a calm and caring environment. Our mobile grooming van/trailer brings the spa to your doorstep, creating a familiar and relaxed setting for your puppy’s first groom. This special introductory session includes: ✔️ A warm, soothing bath ✔️ A gentle blow-dry ✔️ Paw pad trimming for extra comfort ✔️ A light facial trim (if needed) Plus, with our one on one attention with your pup, we take extra time to help train your pup in the positions they will become familiar with during later grooming sessions. We recommend this service to help puppies build confidence and create positive grooming associations from an early age. With plenty of cuddles and reassurance along the way, your pup will be set up for a lifetime of happy, stress-free grooming sessions. We recommend rebooking your pup in 2-4 weeks from their Puppy Intro if needing a full groom. The puppy intro session will help your pup to build confidence without being overwhelmed by the sights and sounds of a full grooming session on their first visit. Our experience has been that pups who complete a puppy intro prior to a full grooming session are 4X as confident moving forward with their grooming process.
